FaithRock Children's Ministry Pomerado Christian Church Children's Ministry

Our Purpose:
The Children’s Ministry of Pomerado Christian Church exists to encourage children in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ and to bring them to a point of FAITH where they can be:

Our Mission:
Because each child is valuable in God's sight and because children are a vital part of our church family, FaithRock Children's Ministry of Pomerado Christian Church exists to honor God by:

  • Supporting the family in their responsibility for spiritual nurturing and growth of their child.
  • Introducing children to Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
  • Helping children acquire Biblical knowledge through Bible stores and memorization.
  • Helping children grow in their prayer and devotional lives.
  • Encouraging and guiding them in their faith.
  • Enhancing their self-esteem and helping them understand that God created them for His purpose.
  • Helping them understand the church as Christ's body.
  • Introducing a format for a life long value system for a Christian lifestyle.
  • Developing their skills so they can go on to junior high, high school, and adulthood feeling capable of becoming part of many levels of ministry in the church, community and world.

Bible Classes: Ages 3 through 5th grade 9:00 AM Downstairs
Worship Hour: Little Kid’s Church for ages 3 years—Kindergarten 10:30 AM Downstairs
Worship Hour: Children’s Church for 1st through 5th grades 10:30 AM Downstairs
Nursery/Toddlers: Little Blessings Nursery for Infants - age 2 9:00 & 10:30 AM Downstairs

We have openings for:   Nursery Attendants   ~   Preschool / Elementary Class Assistants   ~   2nd Hour Little Kid's Church  
Openings Available:   Every Sunday   ~   Once per Month   ~   As a Substitute
