Regular sessions run from September through June. We follow a modified Poway Unified School District holiday schedule. top What size are your classes?      We maintain a class size of twelve children in a self-contained classroom with a qualified teacher. We also have four teaching assistants available to assist the teachers and children. top What snacks do you serve?      A healthy snack with fruit juice is served daily during each session. Children often assist in the snack preparation. top What is Lunch Bunch?      Lunch Bunch is from 11:30 - 12:30. It is necessary to sign up in advance on a first come/first serve basis. Morning children stay an hour longer while afternoon children arrive one hour early. Each child brings their own lunch and we provide the milk. The Lunch Bunch fee is $5.00 per time. top Are you accredited?      Yes. Pomerado Christian Preschool is an accredited member of ACSI, the Association of Christian Schools International. top Are you licensed?      Yes. We are licensed by California’s Department of Social Services to serve children ages 2 years 9 months through 5 years. Our facility license number is 372001074. top How do I enroll my child?      Our admission procedures are as follows:        1.   Call the preschool to set up an appointment to take a tour of our facility. After taking a tour, you may place your child on our waiting list.   2.   Registration for the coming year is done in March and April and continues when a space becomes available.   3.   At the time of admission the registration fee is due and the parent completes a packet of forms. top How much is tuition?      The monthly tuition fees are: Monday / Wednesday / Friday sessions:    $235 Tuesday / Thursday sessions:    $180 5 Day Gift of Time sessions:    $385 Tuition is paid in ten equal monthly installments regardless of the number of school days in the month. There is also an annual registration fee of $85 per year. September tuition is due August 1st . If withdrawing from the program between August 16th & when school begins, 50% of the September tuition will be refunded. Other tuition payments will be due October thru June top Is parent participation mandatory? Click here for a map. From the south, take I-15 north and exit on Camino Del Norte. Turn right and travel east on Camino Del Norte for a mile and a half to Pomerado Road. Turn left on Pomerado Road and travel north for a mile and a half to Stone Canyon Road. Turn right on Stone Canyon and travel one block up the hill. Look for our driveway on the left. From the north, take I-15 south and exit on Rancho Bernardo Road. Turn left and travel east on Rancho Bernardo Road for a mile and a half to Pomerado Road. Turn right on Pomerado Road and travel south for a mile and a half to Stone Canyon Road. Turn left on Stone Canyon and travel one block up the hill. Look for our driveway on the left.
